Ratatouille from the oven with Mozzarella

We both loved this 50s strip and the joint Sunday afternoons that we spent lümmelnd and languishing on the Couch – my mom (God rest her soul) and I. Over the roofs of nice, was one of those movies. MY RATATOUILLE VARIANT – THE OVEN DOES THE MAIN WORK

INGREDIENTS

YOU NEED A FORM WITH CA. 26 CM DIAMETER

  • 125 g Mozzarella OR Buffalo mozzarella
  • 1 Aubergine (about 250g)
  • 2 small Courgettes (about 300g total) - yellow and green
  • 3-4 tomatoes, ripe
  • 3 scallions - cut into strips
  • 2 cloves of garlic - finely chopped
  • 8 TBSP olive oil
  • 1 Knife Tip Of Chilli Flakes
  • 1 1/2 TABLESPOONS tomato paste
  • Salt and pepper - to Taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  • As the first heats the oven to 200 degrees convection before.
  • Then You cut the shallots into julienne strips, chopping the garlic finely and dünstest both in 2 TABLESPOONS olive oil in a nonstick pan, on medium setting for approx. 3 minutes in.
  • Then You touch the tomato puree and the chilli flakes into it, both of which are short-with the roasting and taste with salt and pepper from. Remove from heat, and short - side positions.
